Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

Once received, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges made for damaged, incorrect, or defective within 48 hours with photos with shipping covered.
